Well Lets go...
What you Needed,
1 Private (debit) Bin Any Country Buy same sock5 Matching With CC billing.
2 Sock5
3 Firefox Browser.
4 Fresh Email for Ebay
Steps:
Switch Sock5 (Matching with CC billing)
Open Firefox
Open Ebay.com
Pick Any Item you want to Buy and Add in to cart.
Go to Checkout (Almost Checkout As guest) It'll ask you to Add shipping Address. Use your Drop Address.
Now when you go payment steps, Use (Credit/debit cards by paypal)
It'll redirect you to payment page (CC payment by paypal)
Use all true Infos of CC even CC first/last name.
Now After Filling All Fields, Uncheck Paypal make account.
Once Payment done, dont open it again and wait for your Email box given when ordering.
After 1 or 2 days you'll get your Order shipped.
