Found this on another forum, don't even know how it works but heres the method:Hello my friends , some time ago I found a method that can verify youtube accounts , not my personal method but i wanted to share with you guys, not abuse or share away another sites !
NO COST REQUIRED
. Go [/font]https://www.callromania.ro/en/[font=Verdana, Georgia, 'Times New Roman', Times, serif] and click New account .
2.Create account , go to email and verify account
3.Click to judet (state ) and select Numarul tau de telefon ( phone number)

4.Go to youtube and create account , select country romania and put phone number to callromania , select voice call[/size]
