1. Sign out of all Rockstar Accounts. Open the Rockstar Games Launcher, sign out of your current account. Locate and delete the DigitalEntitlements folder (C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local). Sign out of your Steam Account and proceed to create a new one.
2. Remove all Xbox apps from your phone and gaming services using Revo Uninstaller - https://prnt.sc/24z4xb8. Double-click on the apps, enable advanced mode, scan, select all, and delete.
3. Install NetLimiter. Launch NetLimiter, then open FiveM and log in with a globally banned account. In NetLimiter, locate the first two FiveM logos on the right side, click on the rounded circles, and select "DENY" (only for the orange FiveM logo). Restart FiveM to switch to a different build. Repeat the process for any new orange FiveM logos.
4. Unban (Final Step). Delete DigitalEntitlements again, launch FiveM, and log in with a completely new Rockstar account. Quickly activate the firewall in NetLimiter. Connect to a server, ignore any initial errors, deactivate the firewall in NetLimiter, and then reconnect to the server to complete the unbanning process. Enjoy your gameplay!
