This was NOT easy to find--let's keep it in V.I.P. and hope it stays up.
According to this same post on Biztotorial, it's all there... it just looks jumbled and disorganized: 2.44GB (-ish), 3 AVI, 26 MP3, 17 PDF and 1 JPG.
(There is a PDF inside, titled '6. Coaching_Program_instructions 1pp.pdf' describing the contents, so it LOOKS like it's all there.)
Oh, and I found the original Sales Page--it's in the folder below.
