How quickly you can see results depends on how closely you follow the material in the course and how focused you are about implementing it. That said, it's possible to start getting coverage and start seeing traffic within a few days or a week.

There are no required additional costs. I do recommend one paid service (I'm not an affiliate for it) that has a free trial. However you don't need this to make the information in the report work. It just speeds up the process.

Does this work outside the US?
I haven't personally used it outside the US, but I would imagine it works in any country that has blogs, free news media, etc.

Can you use this to promote affiliate products?
I would definitely not recommend trying to promote affiliate products directly. I WOULD highly recommend using the traffic you generate from media coverage to build a list, and then once people are on your list, you can send them relevant affiliate offers.

Can you use this with offline consulting?
Generating publicity for local offline businesses would be a great service to offer, however, I don't cover this angle in the report. But if you already have a system in place for getting clients, it'd make a great add-on service to SEO, web design, SMS marketing, etc.
